Job Role – People Operations Intern.
Job Location – Bangalore.
Job Duties & Responsibilities – This job has a list of things that need to be done, and it explains exactly what those things are.
- Champion a People First approach to deliver exceptional employee experiences
- Implement a Recruitment Plan to Attract High-Quality Applicants
- Assisting with recruiting, including posting jobs, screening candidates, issuing offers, etc.
- Assist with new hires and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Promoting employee wellness and creating a healthy workplace
- Manage employee on-boarding process
- Manage internal HR systems and databases.
Essential Qualification – Candidates must have Graduation degree.
Age – The age of the candidate should be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by FamPay.
Pay Scale/CTC – People Operations Intern in Fampay. The average salary of a B.Sc is around Rs 20,800 – 33,300 per month which would be around 2.5 – 4.0 lacs per annum.
