Job Role – Travel Program Coordinator
Job Location – Work from home.

- Providing phone, e-mail support for travel requests with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency
- Advising travelers on travel products/services
- Provide travel policy clarification
- Primary point of contact for transfer travel
- Provide navigational assistance on Adobe Travel Tools
- Work with suppliers to ensure employees receive rates set by Adobe
- Support the tax team on GST related inputs and documents
- Responsible for answering questions via mailbox and Service Now tickets
- Additional responsibilities may include follow-up and resolution of customer service issues, visa and/or passport questions, vacancies, refunds, exchanges and complex bookings.
- Working with the Visa Team for Employee Support
- Provide best-in-class customer service and create an amazing experience for internal customers
