Job Duties & Responsibilities – This job has a list of things that need to be done, and it explains them in a lot of detail.
- Employee induction process, responsible for timely completion of induction formalities including but not limited to documentation, creation, sharing of login credentials.
- Recruitment and other employee related letters, employee codes, payroll account opening, and initiating employee background check verification
- Responsible for HRMS enrollment for new joiners and deactivation for resigners and updating employee information in HRMS and HRIS
- Candidate should be able to understand and follow HR policies
- This means that someone is responsible for keeping track of how much money everyone at a company should get paid. They also make sure that the way the company decides how much to pay its employees is fair and makes sense.
- Generate attendance reports and monitor attendance and leave policies
- Understanding of basic statutory compliances like Minimum Wage, PF, Gratuity and TDS, Maintenance of employee’s personal files, records, database
- Responsible for reviewing various processes and proposing improvements
- Communicate effectively and handle employee complaints
Essential Qualification – Candidates must have Graduation degree.
