Responsibilities for Associate –
- Providing customer service
- Greeting the customer with a smile
- Receiving stock and arranging stock as per plan
- Scanning products and completing billing
- Collecting cash/card/coupon payments without any discrepancy
- Cash Management and Billing.
Responsibilities of the Executive –
- Consolidate, finalize and monitor sales plan and actual figures for the region
- Generating orders on a daily basis by following up with customers and channel partners
- Monitoring plan vs. actual customer off-take
- Providing feedback to customers on dispatch, order status and stock transfer movements to regional depots
- Creating movement plans in the depot as per grade/site and monitoring the physical stock periodically to avoid stock outs and monitor stock obsolescence and disposal.
Salary/Wages and Grade Pay – The salary for the Associate post will be Rs 22,900 and the salary payable for the Executive post will be Rs 39,160 per month. More details about the salary details are given in the notification.
