- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify viable accounts/companies
- Building a solid database with the desired target market that should include accounts from the particular geography and industry, relevant contacts and their contact information
- Support SDR in their campaign with desired number of databases
- Meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Matching what we have to offer with the people who are most likely to want it, by learning about those people and what they are like.
- Proactively work on identifying accounts/companies and specific contacts in a specific area
- Communicate with the team to understand what their needs are
- Generate reports on created database and work closely with sales, development teams.
Essential Qualification – Candidates should have at least 12th pass or Graduation.
Age –To be considered for this position, the person needs to be at least 18 years old. Sprinto did not say how old someone can be.
Pay Scale/CTC – A Market Research Executive at Sprinto. The average salary of a candidate is around Rs 35,000 per month which will be around 4.2 lakhs per annum.

- Basic understanding of primary and secondary research is required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, LinkedIn and tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxon etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The individual must have a willingness to learn and a proven track record of delivering results.
Selection Process – The selection process completely depends on the shortlisting. Once the candidates are shortlisted, there will be an assessment test and a virtual/face-to-face interview round. After successfully completing these rounds, the candidate will receive the joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
