Responsibilities for Quality Analyst –
- Monitor each advisor’s call and provide immediate feedback to them in case of critical and non-critical errors
- Determine through monitoring and testing of contact assessments whether agents maintain a predetermined and acceptable level of contact management
- Report contacts handling performance and statistics through contact assessment monitoring and testing. Also share daily, weekly and monthly reports assigned to the Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Responsible for meeting quality of service levels monthly
- Monitor calls to ensure customer standards are being maintained
- Provide regular feedback to team members regarding team performance and any issues that need to be addressed moving forward
- Work together as a team and achieve goals set by clients
- There is a need to be flexible and motivate the team at regular intervals.
Responsibilities of the Trainer –
- Conduct new employee training and soft skills/negotiation skills training
- Must complete monthly cycle activities including refresher training and update training
- Be sensitive to training needs/understand the learning needs of different learning groups
- Liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and implement process improvement plans.
- Ability to perform training tasks/assignments at short notice
- Interest in and contribution to process improvements
- Take accountability for the performance of new hires, including leaving the job during the OJT period.
- Responsibilities for SEO Marketing Executive –
- Find the best words to use on the company’s website and things that help people learn about the company.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand the performance of SEO strategy
- Work together with other people in the marketing team to come up with a plan to make sure our website shows up in search engine results.
- Write engaging and high quality website content including blog posts and page descriptions
- Make sure the information and links on your website are updated and organized in the best way possible so that search engines can find and show your website to more people.
Salary/Salary and Grade Pay – For Trainer and Quality Analyst post, the salary payable will be Rs 22,600 – 30,200 and for SEO Executive Marketing post, the salary payable will be approximately Rs 25,000 – 33,300 per month.
