Job Location for Wipro Recruitment 2023 – For Customer Service Representative post, the job location for the candidates will be Gurugram and for Opentext Content Server Server post, the candidates will work from home as well as office. Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative –
- Customer service via call, chat and email
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at prescribed productivity levels
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver solutions in the first interaction
- Ensure adherence to customer service level agreements such as customer satisfaction, service levels, management time and customer effort
- Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies
- Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
- Identify, share and drive operational improvements
- Make sure that when you talk to people on the phone, through chat, or by email, you are always polite and helpful.
Responsibilities for OpenText Content Server –
- Leading the design and architecture of the OpenText project implementation, working with Business IT and the OpenText professional services team
- Advisor to the technical team for OpenText project implementation
- Designing and leading implementation projects or OpenText is mandatory
- Review project deliverables and ensure quality
- Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
- provide help and support
- Provide technical and operational documentation
Salary/Salary & Grade Pay – Salary payable for Customer Service Representative and Opentext Content Server Server posts will be around Rs.37,500 per month.
